Regulations of Janosikowa Polana cottages and services.

• General provisions:
  1. The cottage is located in Jaworki. The cottage is for 6-8 people, on the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room and kitchenette and a bathroom, there is a possibility of adding an extra bed for 2 people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double and a four-person one.
  2. Client - a person who makes a reservation and lives in a cottage, subject to registration.
  3. Guests - residents of the cottage.
  4. The regulations apply to all persons staying in the cottage.
  5. The regulations constitute all the rules and regulations that apply to the client and guests from the moment of making the reservation until the end of the stay in the cottages.
  6. The area of ​​the facility - cottages together with the facility's infrastructure and designated areas belonging to Janosikowa Polana.
• Reservations can be made by phone or online for a minimum of two days.
  1. The agreed reservation must be confirmed by paying an advance payment of 40% of the total price of the stay within 48 hours.
  2. Failure to pay within the above deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation.
  3. By making an advance payment, the client consents to the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
• The deposit is collected at the stage of booking the cottage and amounts to 40% of the total price. The deposit is included in the price of renting the cottage.
• Cancellation of a reservation is possible up to 60 days before the reserved date with a full refund of the deposit. After this period, cancellation of the reserved date does not result in a refund of the deposit.
• Payments are settled on the day of arrival for the entire stay. Any shortening of the stay does not result in a refund for the unused stay.
• After registering the client and settling the payment, the Lessor gives the Client 1 set of keys.
• The cottage is rented on a daily basis. The day starts at 5pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure.
• Check-in at the cottage takes place between 5pm and 9pm. In case of arrival at a later time, please inform the Lessor by phone.
• The rental of the cottage does not include transport, meals and organization of time during the stay.
• The price of renting a cottage includes: water, electricity, bed linen, towels, one parking space.
• The price of the cottage does not include insurance for the occupants. The Lessor is not responsible for any damage or loss of property.
• Only persons registered during registration may live in the cottage.
• Only the persons residing in the cottage may use it.
• It is forbidden to have more people living in the cottage than the permitted number. The maximum number of people living in the cottage, regardless of age, is 6 - 8 people, depending on the number of people registered. In such a case, the Lessor may immediately terminate the agreement with the Tenant without having to return the fee.
• Adults living together in a cottage are responsible and bear joint and several financial liability for any damage caused, e.g. damage to or destruction of equipment, its shortages, devastation of the building.
• After receiving the keys, the Client is obliged to accept the cottage, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cubicle and other devices and equipment located in the cottage.
• The Client is obliged to report to the Lessor all damages and defects that:
• existed before moving into the house. It should be reported immediately after noticing the damage. Failure to report the faults will be considered as occurring during use by the current customer.
• occurred during the stay in the cottage. This must be reported no later than when returning the keys on the day of departure.
• The lessor is not responsible for items or money left in the cottage by the residents. Responsibility for all items and money rests with the people living in the cottage.
• Any damage to the premises is the responsibility of the person who caused the damage.
• The Lessor is not responsible for any interruptions on the part of electricity or water suppliers.
• When leaving the house, remember to turn off electrical appliances and close doors and windows.
• A free parking space is available to guests. The customer must provide the vehicle registration number. It can be used by a maximum of 1 vehicle per cottage. The lessor is not responsible for parked vehicles. A second parking space can be agreed by phone, up to the maximum number of parking spaces located on the premises.
• It is prohibited to use devices powered by gas or electricity above 1 kV that are not part of the home equipment.
• It is prohibited to bring explosives and flammable materials within the entire property.
• The stay with pets must be agreed with the Lessor:
• the owner must have full control of the animal,
• the animal must have current vaccinations - health booklet required,
• the animal should take care of its physiological needs outside the premises,
• the owner is obliged to clean up after his pet inside the cottage and on the premises,
• it is forbidden to let animals run freely, they must be on a leash,
• larger breeds and those generally considered aggressive must additionally wear a muzzle on the premises,
• Any damage caused by the animal is covered by the owner.
• There is a total ban on smoking cigarettes inside the cottages, including e-cigarettes. Each cottage is equipped with smoke detectors. A fine of PLN 2,000.00 is imposed for failure to comply with the ban.
• Guests are asked to separate waste in specially designated bins provided in each cottage.
• It is forbidden to leave dependent persons and minor children under 7 years of age without the supervision of a person who is obliged to take care of them. The lessor is not responsible for any incidents or damage caused by these persons.
• For losing a key to the cottage we charge a fee of PLN 100 per key.
• Night time silence is in effect from 10pm to 6am.
• In the event of a flagrant breach of the night silence, the lessor may terminate the contract without refund. The property administrator assesses whether a flagrant breach of the night silence has occurred.
• If police intervention is necessary, the landlord may terminate the contract immediately without refund.
• Parking outside designated parking spaces is prohibited. The lessor may tow the vehicle away at the owner's expense and risk if it is parked in such a way that it prevents other people from using the internal road.
• It is forbidden to light fires or grill on the premises outside the designated areas.
• Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety regulations.
• The landlord may terminate the contract with immediate effect without refund in the event of non-compliance with the regulations.
• In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which cannot be removed immediately, the Lessor reserves the right to offer the client a new booking date or to cancel the booking, with the advance payment refunded.
• The facility area is monitored for the following purposes:
  1. increasing the safety of people staying on the premises,
  2. limiting hooliganism and other undesirable behaviours that pose a threat to the health and safety of persons staying on the premises and any structures located on the premises,
  3. limiting vandalism and theft,
  4. registration of events enabling the determination of damage or theft cases,
  5. improving safety in parking lots.

• Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the services provided by Janosikowa Polana can be submitted in person, during your presence at the facility, to the following e-mail address or by phone. All complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt.
• The regulations constitute an agreement with the customer from the moment of making the reservation.
• Any disputes arising between the client and the Lessor are resolved amicably; if no compromise is reached, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the property shall be competent to resolve the dispute.
• The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to the customer - consumer in relation to the contract concluded with Janosikowa Polana. [ 38 section 1 point 12 of the Act of 30-05-2014 on consumer rights .]
• By making a reservation, you accept the regulations of your stay at the resort.
